Fizo.pk use karne se aap in Terms of Service se agree karte hain. Agar aap agree nahi karte toh website use nahi karein.

1. General Terms

Fizo.pk ek online multi-product store hai jo Pakistan mein operate karta hai. Hamari website Shopify platform par built hai. Yeh terms aur aapke aur Fizo.pk ke beech ka agreement hai.

2. Account Responsibility

•        Account information accurate aur current rakhna aapki zimmedari hai

•        Account aur password ki security aapki zimmedari hai

•        Koi bhi unauthorized activity immediately report karein

•        Ek person ek hi account rakh sakta hai

3. Products & Pricing

•        Hum product descriptions accurate rakhne ki koshish karte hain

•        Prices bina notice ke change ho sakti hain

•        Hum right reserve karte hain kisi bhi order ko cancel karne ka

•        Colors screen display ki wajah se slightly different nazar aa sakti hain

•        Stock availability confirm hone par hi order process hogi

4. Orders & Payment

•        Order place karna offer hai — acceptance hamare confirmation email se hoti hai

•        Payment order time par complete honi chahiye

•        Agar payment fail ho toh order cancel ho sakta hai

•        Hum fraudulent transactions report karne ka right rakhte hain

5. Prohibited Activities

Aap following activities nahi kar sakte:

•        False ya misleading information provide karna

•        Website ke unauthorized access attempt karna

•        Malware ya harmful code upload karna

•        Hamari intellectual property copy karna

•        Illegal purposes ke liye website use karna

6. Intellectual Property

Fizo.pk ka naam, logo, product images aur content hamare property hain. Bina written permission ke copy ya reproduce nahi kiya ja sakta.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fizo.pk indirect, incidental, ya consequential damages ke liye liable nahi hai. Hamari maximum liability aapke order ki value tak limited hai.

8. Governing Law

Yeh terms Pakistan ke laws ke under governed hain. Koi bhi dispute Lahore courts mein resolve kiya jayega.

9. Changes to Terms

Hum in terms ko update kar sakte hain. Continued use of website means acceptance of updated terms.
