Return Window

Hamari return policy purchase date se 7 din tak valid hai. Is period ke baad return/refund accept nahi kiya jayega.

Return Eligible Items

•        Item defective ya damaged ho

•        Wrong item deliver hua ho

•        Item description se match nahi karta ho

•        Item original packaging mein ho (unused, unworn, unwashed)

•        Tags/labels intact hon

Non-Returnable Items

•        Sale / discounted items

•        Intimate apparel, undergarments, swimwear (hygiene reasons)

•        Customized / personalized items

•        Digital products / gift cards

•        Items jo use ho chuke hon ya original condition mein nahi hon

Return Process

Return initiate karne ke liye:

•        Email bhejein: connect@fizo.pk — subject: 'Return Request - Order #[your order number]'

•        Order number, item(s) ka naam, aur return ka reason mention karein

•        Defective ya wrong item ki case mein photos attach karein

•        Hamari team 24-48 hours mein response degi

•        Approval ke baad courier details provide ki jayengi

Refund Process

Return receive aur inspect hone ke baad:

•        Approved refunds 5-7 business days mein process honge

•        Refund original payment method pe kiya jayega

•        Bank transfer delays payment provider ke control mein hain

Exchange Option

Agar aap refund ki bajaye exchange chahte hain toh hum same item ka different size/color ya equal value ka koi aur item offer karte hain.

Shipping Costs

Agar return hamari galti (wrong/defective item) ki wajah se hai toh shipping cost hum bear karenge. Customer ki wajah se return mein shipping charges customer ke zimmay honge.
